Long stays, out of season: to agree.

Final cleaning rate: EUR 90 per stay.

Middle cleaning, on request: EUR 45,00.

Third guest: EUR 50 per night.

Payment policy:

A deposit of 25% of the total reservation cost will be paid by bank transfer at the time of booking. The deposit will be refunded for any cancellations made before the below-mentioned cancellation deadline.

The remaining 75% of the total reservation amount will be paid by bank transfer at the cancellation deadline. A penalty of 100% of the total reservation amount will be applied to cancellations and changes received within 30 days of arrival date. No show and early departure will be charged the total amount of reservation.
